My client is a leading financial services organisation with a unique offering in the market. Due to growth, they are recruiting for 2 senior pension analysts within their team. This role is well suited to a Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst, with experience in Defined Contribution / DB schemes, seeking a new challenge and wishing to apply their skills in a different area. The position is available due to new business wins.

The successful applicant will work at the forefront of the team and manage their own set of DB/DC schemes. Essential requirements include previous technical experience with defined benefit / final salary pensions / DC schemes, along with strong SQL and Excel skills. Some client management experience within pensions is also necessary. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential.

You will be working with clients who have a mix of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, a thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and project management skills are required. As your experience increases, there may be opportunities for client-facing work. Strong technical knowledge of DC / DB schemes is essential.
