Utility ROV Services, a leader in offshore subsea renewables and decommissioning solutions, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our high-performing team. You will be at the heart of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary offshore projects—supporting everything from planning to execution.
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore operations. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and offshore crews to ensure technical excellence, safety, and on-time delivery.
Duties
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for offshore engineering projects.
- Coordinate within engineering teams to deliver technical solutions and ensure design compliance.
- Identify project risks and enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project costs, track progress, and provide regular status reports to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project engineering or management within a relevant industry (2-5 years).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to project management with strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a small team - offshore on rotation as required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
