Our client is one of the largest B2C property trading businesses in the UK, specialising in quick property sales. Their mission is to support customers in need of selling their residential properties swiftly, either through direct purchase, open market sales, or investor trades. We help over 700 customers annually complete their sales quickly and efficiently.
Your role will involve guiding sellers through all stages of their property sale journey, from onboarding files to processing listings with the aim of us either buying the property or facilitating a sale. You will coordinate with solicitors, manage essential documentation, and arrange for stunning property visuals, all while ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Seller Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire process for sellers, ensuring timely and efficient progress
- Seller contact: Ensure sellers are regularly kept informed with progress on their file, speaking to each seller twice a week as a minimum
- Onboarding Sellers to Solicitors: Facilitate the introduction and coordination between sellers and solicitors
- Document Chasing: Follow up on required documents from clients and other parties to ensure completeness and accuracy
- File Management: Organise and maintain files through the initial stages of the sales process
- Listing Onboarding: Prepare and upload property listings to various property portals
- Arrange Photography and Floorplans: Coordinate with photographers and floorplan designers to ensure high-quality visuals for listings
- AML Process: Conduct and oversee the Anti-Money Laundering checks in compliance with legal requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
