The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Product Development Technologist to support the day-to-day operations of the Neutonic product team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help maintain and expand the Neutonic product range by working closely with third-party manufacturers, overseeing production, managing quality testing, checking labels, and helping to bring new products to market.

You’ll be a key source of technical support across our growing range, ensuring our products are effective, compliant, and deliver a great customer experience. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring Neutonic continues to innovate and scale while maintaining exceptional quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities in partnership with third-party manufacturers
• Write and approve compliant pack copy and label claims for each market
• Manage third-party testing including microbiological, heavy metals, and nutritional tests
• Maintain supplier quality assurance database and technical documentation
• Help bring new products to market – from evaluating studies and selecting ingredients to managing projects from concept to launch
• Manage barcode and SKU registration across all formats and geographies
• Advise marketing on compliant messaging and product claims across platforms
• Ensure all e-commerce listings are accurate and regulatory compliant
• Assist customer service on technical product queries
• Stay up to date with trends and innovation in the functional beverage and supplement space

Must-Have Experience

• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years in a product role within sports supplements, functional beverages, or adjacent categories
• Familiarity with working alongside third-party manufacturers
• Experience writing and approving compliant label copy and pack claims
• Confidence reviewing clinical studies and supporting ingredient efficacy
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical, marketing, and operations teams
