Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above. Our client is now seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large housing scheme near Sevenoaks, Kent. The position will report into the on-site Project Director. Our client is seeking individuals who have worked for either a developer or main contractor. Previous experience on housing developments in essential.
