OVERVIEW | Transfer Agency Oversight Analyst (FTC)

This is a key role supporting the smooth running of daily operations, with a particular focus on CIS (Collective Investment Scheme) trade execution, trade support, and oversight of key fund service providers.

You’ll be responsible for managing CIS trades and resolving related queries, ensuring fund and transaction data is accurate, and overseeing outsourced providers across Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Custody for both UK and Irish fund ranges. The role also covers reviewing distribution rates, managing fund cash flow data, following up on debtors, supporting fund change initiatives and projects, and handling fund-related invoices.
