- Know how to design for conversion - and be comfortable using performance insights to iterate and improve creative output.
- Thrive in fast-paced, iterative workflows with rapid ideation, ongoing feedback and tight turnarounds.
- While this isn’t a copywriting role, you should have a strong grasp of how to craft or refine short, impactful copy that works seamlessly with visual design to drive engagement and performance across digital channels.
- Be proactive, organised and confident leading your own projects, from concept to final delivery.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in paid media strategy or close collaboration with media buyers.
