Your Role in the Team As a Lead Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you\’ll be a player/coach managing multiple products within a platform, defining, delivering, and overseeing their lifecycle. You\’ll lead and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers to enhance product strategy and execution, requiring strategic, technical, and business skills. Key Responsibilities Product Portfolio Leadership: Guide the strategic direction for your product suite, developing a strategic roadmap. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors. Product Development: Collaborate across teams to design, develop, and launch digital products. Roadmap Management: Facilitate alignment and planning for strategic initiatives. Ongoing Management: Optimize team practices, including backlog management. Performance Monitoring: Use analytics to track and improve product performance. Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress and updates effectively. Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships and product budgets. Customer Feedback & Impact: Use feedback for product improvements and influence practices. Talent Development: Grow your team\’s skills and capabilities.
