This role is Hybrid, United Kingdom . Cornerstone is seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Solution Consultant to join our Specialist Team. This individual will play a critical role in understanding and advocating for advanced learning experience platforms (LXP), talent marketplaces, immersive/VR content, AI, skills development, and system integrations. This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can seamlessly manage multiple stakeholders, engage with client accounts, new prospects, and internal teams, and contribute to company-wide revenue growth initiatives. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within organizations. Effectively communicate and present complex solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding and engagement. Demonstrate Cornerstone’s product offerings, emphasizing their relevance to client needs. Mentor internal teams and individuals to enhance their understanding and capability in our solutions. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and webinars for both internal and external audiences. Contribute to RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFx processes by providing expert knowledge and insights. Support sales efforts by aligning solutions with client requirements and industry trends. Gain and maintain proficiency in LXP, talent marketplaces, immersive/VR content, AI, skills development, and system integrations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within SaaS, HCM, and the broader talent management sector. Work closely with other Solution Consultants, Sales, and Management to share knowledge and improve team performance. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation. Qualifications: Proven experience in engaging, influencing, and presenting to various stakeholders within an organization. Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, advanced learning technologies, talent management solutions, AI, and integrations. Previous experience in SaaS, HCM, and the wider Talent Management industry is desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth initiatives. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a solution consulting or similar role within the technology or talent management industry. Demonstrated success in managing complex client accounts and driving revenue growth. Aptitude for mentoring and developing team members to enhance their professional skills. The listed salary range is just one element of Cornerstone’s comprehensive package, which may include bonuses, awards, and benefits.
