Real Estate Solicitor/Associate – salary bracket starting £60K – dependent on experience The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Real Estate practice in London. You will work alongside a supportive team, with the opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities and collaborate with other practice areas such as Corporate, Insolvency, and Construction. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and career development. Key Responsibilities: Advising a broad range of clients, including occupiers, property developers, investors, and lenders acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and lease-back transactions Negotiation of leases and landlord-tenant documents, acting for both landlords and tenants Acquisition of sites for development and investment, negotiating development agreements, and dealing with disposals of development sites to investors Supervising junior colleagues on property portfolio management, including licenses, consents, and granting leases Reviewing, reporting, and advising on title matters Advising on heads of terms Coordinating with other teams within the firm on real estate transactions such as Corporate, Insolvency and Restructuring, Banking, and Construction The Candidate : A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE Significant experience in Commercial Property and Landlord and Tenant matters Demonstrable experience in other areas of real estate as listed above (not necessarily all) Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm for business development and promoting the firm Experience in supervising junior lawyers and paralegals Financially aware and proactive in managing day-to-day work Benefits and how to Apply: Attractive base salary depending on experience – bracket starting at £60,000 Flexible hybrid working model to promote work-life balance Generous annual leave entitlement, plus bank holidays Robust pension scheme Ongoing training and career development opportunities Collaborative and inclusive workplace culture Apply in the strictest of confidence online or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
