Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the delivery of key category reports and processes for both on and off-trade channels
- Identify and manage third-party insight partners to maximise ROI
- Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
- Support sales and marketing teams with key insights to drive growth
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative projects to identify brand, shopper, and consumer insights
- Contribute to category strategy development and identify long-term commercial opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a driven professional with a passion for category development and insight. You should have:
- Experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, or a related function. This could be with another FMCG business or working for an Insight Agency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with key market data sources (e.g., CGA, Circana, Nielsen, Kantar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
