Emirates Engineering is currently seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our team in Dubai. As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer at Emirates Engineering, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks and defect rectification of aircraft in accordance with company and regulatory procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturer procedures, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and supervisors. Perform aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks according to manufacturer and safety procedures. Ensure assigned zones/aircraft are maintained as per the latest revisions of approved technical publications. Handle off-aircraft tasks such as spares handling and documentation in compliance with company procedures. Adhere to safety rules and regulations, maintain excellent housekeeping conditions, and report any deficiencies. Complete detailed reports on service delays, incidents, and accidents to facilitate maintenance planning and improvement. Manage staff performance through performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Attend training modules to enhance skills and comply with CAR 145 requirements. Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant Engineering-related field, an Apprenticeship in Aircraft Engineering, or an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License.
