Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence. Role Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser Shift pattern: 1.5 hours on Friday. Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. You can start and finish at your convenience, as long as you complete your full shift during store hours. You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline work processes. Job Role You should be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive. Responsibilities include: Merchandising products according to visual guidelines Receiving and putting out new stock deliveries Maintaining housekeeping standards Setting up promotional activities Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities Note: The Christmas period is our busiest time; therefore, leave requests in December cannot be approved.
