DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands such as River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, and more. Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores.

You will be based in Dover but may need to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those available to start as soon as possible. If you seek a flexible job that fits around your other commitments, apply today! You can start and finish at your convenience, as long as you complete your full shift during store hours. You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline work processes.
Job Role
You should be customer-focused, friendly, polite, professional, and positive. Responsibilities include:
- Merchandising products according to visual guidelines
- Receiving and putting out new stock deliveries
- Maintaining housekeeping standards
- Setting up promotional activities
- Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities
Note: The Christmas period is our busiest time; therefore, leave requests in December cannot be approved. Please consider this when applying.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fashion brands
- Sales or retail experience preferred
- Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with OS Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+
