We are seeking a proactive and organised Mobile Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Management team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and delivering a high-quality service to customers and stakeholders. You will provide essential administrative and operational support across all aspects of Facilities Management, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This is a varied role that will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, supporting both employees and visitors. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for facilities-related queries and will help maintain a safe, secure, and well-organised workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting Contractor visits at various sites
- Ensuring security procedures are followed
- Inductions for new starters, contractors, including H&S and environmental inductions
- Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
- Ensuring compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ, environmental standards, and statutory checks (e.g. fire risk, water hygiene)
- Completing and assisting with audits
- Assisting AFM with weekly & monthly general tasks
- Ideally, candidates will have experience working in Facilities previously
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills - with a good standard of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills and comfortable using MS Office

- Full UK Driving Licence essential
