Managing a small team of 2 but with access to additional Compliance resource when required, you’ll lead on planning and completing Compliance-specific projects and operate as the Compliance Lead on wider business projects that require regulatory input, including new international growth opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in horizon scanning and communicating relevant developments to the business and work with the business to implement change as and when required.
You’ll have a great opportunity to develop strong relationships across the business, growing your own project portfolio and really making the role your own.
You’ll have gained strong Compliance experience with the insurance industry and will need a detailed understanding of the FCA rulebooks impacting the insurance sector here in the UK, whilst any experience of the regulatory landscape in Ireland and Bermuda would be advantageous. In addition, you must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is a fully office-based role and so you must be happy working in the London office 5 days a week.
