The Role: As a Partner Staffing source coordinator – Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the client with the sales team in pursuing sales deals through timely and quality execution of staffing requirements, which includes the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ownership of staffing requests in Microsoft Staffing Workbench, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all submissions.
- Coordinate with requestors for clarifications, import requests into third-party tools, and maintain data integrity to support efficient staffing workflows.
- Execute staffing processes, expand supplier outreach based on prioritisation guidelines, and collaborate with Partner Specialists to resolve escalations.
- Review and approve candidate CVs, submit selected profiles to OneProfile for account setup, and ensure all staffing steps are accurately tracked.
- Maintain detailed notes and status updates across tools, manage returned requests within SLA, and support stakeholders through the escalation lifecycle.
- Take ownership of external contractor requests submitted by the business, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all requirements.
- Conduct high-level reviews of candidate CVs and submit qualified profiles for internal assessment.
- Manage the end-to-end staffing process using Microsoft’s third-party tools, including onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate status tracking and provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.

- Proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and/or changes.
- Should have strong business communication skills and presentation skills.
