Client Pay: Direct Pay Mechanism Key Responsibilities: Perform and interpret complex cross-sectional imaging procedures, including CT and MRI scans. Lead and supervise a team of radiographers, ensuring high standards of imaging and patient care. Provide expert advice on imaging techniques and protocols to clinical staff and patients. Manage departmental workflows and ensure efficient use of resources. Contribute to the development and implementation of imaging protocols and quality assurance procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures and patient interactions. Participate in on-call and out-of-hours services as required. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with advancements in radiology. Requirements: Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a radiographer. 2+ years of NHS experience mandatory Extensive experience in cross-sectional imaging, including CT and MRI. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving departmental processes. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands.
