This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a retail, hospitality, or customer service background who wants to move into a Monday-Friday role that still uses all the people skills you've built on the shop floor – just without the late nights and weekend shifts!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound phone calls and live chat messages from customers
• Helping with product queries, order updates, and general support
• Logging interactions accurately on the CRM system
• Delivering a friendly, professional service every time
• Collaborating with your team to resolve issues quickly and positively

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in retail, hospitality or face-to-face customer service
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
• Keen to learn and grow in an office environment
• Comfortable using computers and navigating different systems
