Boutique law firm with an exceptional reputation is seeking an experienced private client secretary to join their team of renowned partners. It is essential that you have a minimum of one year’s experience as a private client secretary from another law firm to be considered.
Duties will include:
- Diary management for partners and fee-earners.
- Typing correspondence, creating documents/forms etc.
- Liaising with clients and third parties.
- Opening and closing of files.
- Updating client records; wills, deeds etc.
- Ad hoc projects.
Excellent IT and organisational skills are imperative, as is prior experience supporting fee-earners using audio dictation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading law firm in London servicing a high-net-worth clientele. Opportunity to work one day from home available.
