Working on behalf of our client based on a site in Wrexham. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in process piping installation and site supervision within highly regulated environments.
Key Duties:
- Supervise all on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors’ work in line with project plans and timelines
- Lead daily site briefings and toolbox talks
- Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Site or Project Manager
- Plan work activities and ensure all necessary materials and resources are available
- Distribute work packs and provide clear instructions to trades personnel
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate site records including diaries, inspection reports, and checklists
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure correct use of PPE
- Escalate significant issues or delays to senior management
