They are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for the full cycle of the accounts payable/purchase ledger process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Specialist will include but are not limited to: Undertake all aspects of Accounts payable activities. Process all incoming supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices, adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the wider finance team and external partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions. Support ad-hoc tasks as required. To be considered for the Accounts Payable Specialist role, you will require: Proven experience in an accounts payable/purchase ledger position. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills.
