Driving Logistics are looking for first-class LGV 1 drivers to work in a unique environment within the film industry. We are offering the right candidates ongoing regular work and ad hoc shifts to suit.
As an LGV driver, you will be part of the support team who transport trailers and mobile dressing unit trailers to film studios and various filming locations. This filming company is one of the largest suppliers of filming equipment in the UK and now has an ongoing requirement for drivers in the Manchester area.
There are many roles for LGV drivers, including:
- Local deliveries - Up to 3 or 4 swings/deliveries between film sets per day
- Long distance deliveries
- Project deliveries within the UK
This is a very interesting LGV role that suits drivers wanting local work, long distance work, or even working away from home with film crews.
PAY
LGV 1 - £25ph for swings/delivery. A possible £20 per shift in addition for unsociable hours (2300-0500, dependant on project).
Requirements
- 12 months LGV 1 driving experience
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Hold a UK driving licence, digital tachograph, and CPC card
- A flexible attitude to work
