Qargo is an innovative tech start-up with teams based out of London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the logistics sector by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimises planning. To help us achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our Marketing team and are seeking a talented Content Lead to join us in our London office.
In this role you’ll:
- Define, drive, and deliver our content calendar across key channels.
- Create high-quality, SEO-driven content, including lead magnets, blogs, landing pages, and ebooks.
- Interview customers and craft compelling case studies and success stories.
- Help the Head of Marketing develop content that supports new product feature launches.
- Create content that supports our priority integration and commercial partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support content creation for events, webinars, and sales initiatives.
- Fuel our social media strategy with engaging, shareable content.
- Create content that serves repeatable programs (paid search, paid LinkedIn).
- Maintain and evolve our brand tone of voice across all communications.
- Create short videos - such as product explainers, customer interviews, and social shorts - using tools like VEED, Canva, or Synthesia.
- Stay informed of customer and market knowledge to keep our content impactful and relevant.
- Work with our Head of Marketing to refine and elevate Qargo’s brand.
Your profile:
- You have 4+ years experience in B2B content roles, preferably in startup/scale up environments.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content creation and content distribution.
- Have experience with both short and long form content.
- Video creation and editing skills.
- You’re tool savvy! We work with WordPress, HubSpot, VEED, Canva, Synthesia to name a few tools, someone who has either worked with these or can pick up new tools easily!
