As an Enterprise Growth SDR, you’ll work within live, active accounts identifying expansion opportunities, deepening relationships, and helping drive adoption across teams, departments, and regions. The Role: Strategic SDR (Enterprise Expansion)
This isn’t about hammering cold lists. It’s about mapping accounts, engaging champions, and finding the “why now” for new stakeholders across the business. Marketing might already love the platform but how does this solve problems for IT, Product, or People Ops? That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mapping enterprise accounts to uncover untapped growth opportunities
- Nurturing existing champions and expanding stakeholder networks
- Identifying new use cases across functions and regions
- Writing thoughtful, tailored outreach that earns attention
- Working closely with AEs and Customer Success to align on account strategy
- Leveraging warm intros, referrals, and social selling to build new relationships
- Becoming an expert in coaching, HR tech, and L&D innovation
- Consistently building quality pipeline through strategic outbound
