Certain Advantage is hiring for an Executive Secretary / Assistant / EA based in Warwickshire. This role is on a Contract basis and is Based On Site. The Company is a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and SUVs.
The Role: This role is for a dynamic Executive Assistant / EA who has advanced knowledge of key business systems and processes, e.g. quality tools and techniques. You will be responsible for:
- Diary management - prioritising the Director's time and ensuring they are sufficiently briefed.
- Attending team meetings as required, noting and following through on all actions until complete.
- Responsibility for compiling all daily files and approvals in a timely and quality manner.
- Creation and management of Director's expenses and approval of first line.
- Providing direction to Director on priorities, including supporting paperwork, deadlines etc with recommendations.
- Managing Director's emails and tasks until complete, prioritising and delegating where necessary, flagging up immediate and urgent concerns and acting accordingly.
