Key role and responsibilities for Electronic Repairs Technician:
- Repair a wide range of electronic and mechanical parts
- Maintenance, design and setup of test rigs
- Fault finding experience of PC systems, configuration and networking
- Refurbishing electronic items
- Liaise with equipment supplier to justify and implement possible improvements
- Setup & configure systems with software and networking parameters
Minimum requirements for Electronic Repairs Technician:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team advantageous
- HNC or HND in Electronic and Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent level course in IT, Networking, programming, media systems etc.
- Fault finding experience
- Knowledge and experience of scripting languages
- Ability to identify issues
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
