As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering audit services to a varied portfolio of not-for-profit clients including charities, education, and public sector organisations. You will support senior management with planning and reviewing assignments, managing audit teams, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver audit assignments for a portfolio of NFP clients
- Assist with audit planning and risk assessment procedures
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching/mentoring
- Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key contact throughout audits
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless service
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with NFP clients is advantageous
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
