We're looking for a commercially driven Hospitality Sales Manager to lead our national sales team targeting the hotel and broader hospitality sector. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving growth in one of our most important verticals.
Your Mission at Elis
You will lead a team that is focused 100% on new acquisition, supported by a robust sales support function and account management teams, you and your team to take the Elis service offering out to new customers. This role offers high levels of autonomy and influence, and a genuine opportunity to support in our ever-evolving business.
Key Objectives
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of B2B sales professionals across the UK
- Drive sales of Elis' contract services into hotels, leisure, and hospitality venues
- Develop strategic plans and deliver growth across regional and national accounts
- Work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Ensure your team delivers against revenue and profit targets
