We are looking for a Sales superstar to manage a portfolio of distributors across Export markets. You will be responsible for full ownership of the distributor relationships and for maximizing sales across this channel.
Based in our Frimley office and reporting to our UK Wholesale & Export Channel lead, this role plays a pivotal part in the UK&I sales organization and is one of the key growth pillars, helping to drive sales and working directly with other departments on a day-to-day basis (including category, brand experience, operations, and finance). Responsibilities:- Deliver operating budget for your accounts.
- Be resourceful and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value, gross margin, and volume targets for your customers.
- Manage the trade terms, contracts, price increases and promotional plans.
- Manage and maintain a bottom-up plan and provide clarity to the UK Wholesale & Export Channel lead on an ongoing basis as to performance vs expectations.
- Develop commercial solutions to issues and ensure stretching targets are set with clear rationales as to growth levers and execution plans.
- Championing our Export customers, you will take full responsibility for your accounts and question the organisation to give you what you need for success.
- Keep up to date with the channel's ever-changing landscape and optimise plans to maximise growth.
- Develop a strong network amongst your distributors to unlock growth and new distribution opportunities.
- Build compelling stories and sell with impact to build sustainable distribution, sales and profitability of existing and NPD lines within the customer.
- Collaborate with supply chain on the forecast.
- Using data examination and through collaborative work with supply chain team, deliver planned sales in line with the monthly forecast.
- Develop a spend savvy promotional plan for your customers RoI of key activity and use commercial/category insight to influence future plans whilst seeking risk and experimenting with new mechanics.
