Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South West London & Surrey.

Due to ongoing expansion we are looking for a General Builder / Multi Trader to join our team. (We only do small building and maintenance projects)

SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects Surrey / South London locations (not central London – we cover approx 8 mile radius from Sutton Greater London – SM1)

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a friendly, fully experienced, fit and healthy Builder / Multitrader to carry out general light building work and planned maintenance repairs, brickwork repairs , plastering bathroom & kitchen installations, tiling, general maintenance works etc for Immediate start. Working in Sutton and the surrounding areas (not into Central London)

Must live local to Sutton Surrey (SM1)
Own VAN (NOT TRUCK OR CAR) Own Tools
Ability to work on own initiative
Friendly & Flexible attitude
UTR / CIS
References

£200 / £250 per day LESS CIS Tax paid weekly
