FOH Supervisor - Ed\'s Easy Diner - Birmingham Selfridges

Lead the Rock \’n\’ Roll Revolution – Become a Supervisor at Ed\’s Easy Diner Perfectly positioned in the Food Hall of this prestigious department store, an anchor of the Bull Ring shopping mall.! 10-15 hours a week, full time hours during kids holidays and christmas.

Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Supervisor to lead our team and keep the good vibes rolling!

Your Role:

As a Supervisor at Ed’s, you’ll be the driving force behind our diner’s success. You’ll lead by example, ensuring that every guest enjoys not just a meal, but a moment of nostalgia, complete with a side of rock ‘n’ roll. From managing shifts to mentoring team members, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the management team in delivering the restaurants objectives
• Be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant to company standards
• Able to complete end of night cash management procedures
• Ensure that you comply with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene and Licensing laws.
• Working back of house where necessary
• Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO and Financial Audits
• Can fully explain and demonstrate the allergen procedures
