Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors.
• Develop strategies to expand client base and meet revenue targets.
• Search Execution
• Define executive search mandates and oversee the delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Guide research teams to identify top-tier talent aligned with client needs.
• Market Expertise
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide clients with strategic talent insights.
• Represent the firm as a thought leader through industry forums and publications.
• Team Collaboration
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a 360 or business developing recruitment role
• Proven track record in interpreting data and deploying market insights.
• Preferable exposure to niche sectors and hands-on experience with retained assignments.
