The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring minimal business impact, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.Key Requirements:Strong experience managing Crisis Incidents (P1 level) end-to-end.Ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in ITIL processes, escalation management, and post-incident reviews.
