Responsibilities- Process payroll for multiple entities and countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policy changes, communicating and establishing key changes across teams.
- Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll and HR matters.
- Respond to complex payroll and HR related questions from employees and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple entities and countries.
- Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR.
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with implementation of new payrolls on an industry recognized payroll solution required.
- Experience in multiple country jurisdictions.
