Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-spoken, well-presented and customer service driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of Gloucestershire's top performing independent agents in their Gloucester office.

Duties:
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Carrying out valuations
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Registering Applicants and attending viewings
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
- Provide support to the branch manager as required
Experience Needed:
- A minimum of 12 months' industry experience required
- Ability to carry out valuations is desirable, though full training can be provided
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
- A valid driving licence and access to own car is essential
