An Accounts Payable Administrator is required to join a large manufacturing company in the Tyseley area. An opportunity to join a successful company during a sustained period of growth in a permanent office-based role.

As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be:

  • Processing invoices and payments within deadlines
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with resolving invoices in dispute and general supplier enquiries
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered
  • Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re correctly coded onto the systems
  • Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
  • Assisting with credit control duties when required

Ideally for this role you will have:

  • Prior use of Sage and/or SAP
  • Previous experience working in accounts payable/purchase ledger
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills

On offer for this role:

  • Starting salary of Β£24-25k
  • Working hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm (office-based)
  • Free parking on site
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Due to the location, ideally you need to be based near the Tyseley/Sparkbrook area. You will be office-based so will be required to commute into the offices every day Monday – Friday.
