Salary: Basic up to £42,000 with high On-Target Earnings (OTE)

About the Role:
A specialist recruitment consultancy with a strong national presence is expanding. They are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. You will be responsible for developing your own desk and working collaboratively with the team to increase the client base and overall branch revenue. The annual budget is designed to enable all motivated consultants to exceed their bonus targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an existing perms recruitment desk within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
• Build and nurture relationships.
• Identify and attract top talent through proactive business development and networking
• Deliver a high standard of service across the full recruitment cycle, ensuring effective candidate placements
• Contribute to branch revenue growth and the overall success of the team

Essential Requirements:

• Proven to experience in recruitment industry sales, with a track record in building and managing a client base.
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant is essential.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a confident and professional manner.
