What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the solution design for Workday Financials projects, including foundational data modelling
- Aligning functional, integration, and data workstreams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to finance teams to ensure business alignment
- Driving business development through demos, workshops, and technical solutioning
- Collaborating across HR and finance transformation teams to deliver end-to-end value
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members to grow future leaders
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience delivering or using Workday Financials, or strong ERP/finance transformation background
- Ability to align technology with strategic business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level advisory experience
- Expertise in integration design using APIs, middleware, and legacy systems
- Proven leadership in managing onshore and offshore delivery teams
