Join a fast-growing business and play a key role in driving commercial success. Imperial Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to support our project delivery and finance teams, ensuring strong commercial performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly valuations and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR)
- Place and oversee subcontract orders
- Review and negotiate contract terms (NDAs, warranties, etc.)
- Liaise with project and finance teams on budgets and spend
- Oversee monthly Work In Progress and key contract debtors
- Conduct site visits where appropriate
- Identify and manage contractual risks
- Support operations with practical commercial advice
- Drive cost control and continuous improvement
What Weβre Looking For
- Qualified QS or similar (Construction/Electrical background preferred)
- Strong Excel and job management system skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Commercial awareness in fast-paced, complex environments
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
