Join a fast-growing business and play a key role in driving commercial success. Imperial Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to support our project delivery and finance teams, ensuring strong commercial performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly valuations and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR)
  • Place and oversee subcontract orders
  • Review and negotiate contract terms (NDAs, warranties, etc.)
  • Liaise with project and finance teams on budgets and spend
  • Oversee monthly Work In Progress and key contract debtors
  • Conduct site visits where appropriate
  • Identify and manage contractual risks
  • Support operations with practical commercial advice
  • Drive cost control and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified QS or similar (Construction/Electrical background preferred)
  • Strong Excel and job management system skills
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Commercial awareness in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
