Join our snack-loving team! We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator to join our team at KP Snacks. We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced site HSE coordinator to join our team based at our Leominster site. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will support the HSE Lead in ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental processes and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis and supporting and coaching colleagues to build capabilities to deliver and maintain our Zero Loss philosophy. You will play a key part of improving overall performance at site as a key member of the site HSE Pillar Team and Extended Leadership Team.

What will you be doing?
- Drive safety improvements – Support the implementation of HSE policies and ISO requirements, embedding best practices through the Intersnack Work System (IWS) HSE Pillar.
- Lead proactive risk reduction – Identify and reduce site risks through risk profiling and accident investigations, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders – Work closely with the HSE Lead, regulatory authorities, insurers, and site teams to maintain compliance and improve safety culture.
- Make a lasting impact on site safety – Deliver HSE training, conduct audits, and support employee engagement to drive a positive behavioural shift in safety and sustainability.
- Develop into a future HSE leader – Gain hands-on experience deputising for the HSE Lead, providing a strong platform for career progression into a leadership role.

Job requirements: We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Strong HSE expertise – A NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate is preferred, with an IEMA Environmental Qualification desirable. Knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices ensures compliance and continuous improvement.
- Key skills for driving change – Strong influencing, communication, and teamwork skills help build engagement across Safe Teams and Committees, fostering a culture of safety and performance improvement.
- Proven experience in HSE operations – Background in manufacturing, health and safety, and environmental compliance, with experience in change management and process improvement, supports effective risk reduction.
- Opportunities to develop further – Experience in JDE operations, business process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration is beneficial but not essential. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
