A medium-sized, multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy in Wakefield is looking to add a confident, client-facing Assistant Construction Project Manager to their growing team.

The successful Assistant Construction Project Manager will join at an exciting time for the company, with a strong pipeline of projects over the next few years as well as plans for expansion within the next 6-12 months. Working across sectors such as Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Health, Public Sector, Leisure, Residential, Office & Retail schemes.

The Assistant Project Manager will have opportunities for development, training, and support with Chartership, making it ideal for those aiming to sit their APC. You will join a flexible, friendly environment with hybrid working and support for Chartership if needed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A RICS Accredited degree (preferably BSc or MSc in Project Management)
  • Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is highly desirable (Work experience, internship, Trainee, or Apprentice roles)
  • Committed to achieving Chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB)
  • Construction experience on site is highly desirable
