The Role

Based in either VIC or NSW and reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this pivotal position is fundamental to realising IVE’s objectives for mail channel growth. Supported by the industry leader in mail communications combined with nationwide capabilities, this role offers an excellent opportunity for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to potential clients in order to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline to meet budget.
  • Create and present proposals and assist with tender responses as required.
  • Meet sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key criteria:

  • Minimum 4 years of BDM experience, including proficiency in traditional mail channel execution.
  • Demonstrated success in solution-oriented sales, achieving results.
  • Self-motivated with strong priority management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in decision-making, organisation, planning, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
