What You Will Get To Do: Support the system and technical requirements for regulatory compliance as well as staying abreast of regulation changes applicable to all of the company\’s various industries. Review and/or assist with the development of functional/business requirements to ensure compliance for technical enhancements and new product offerings. Research, analyze, and interpret federal, state, IRS, and SEC laws as well as proposed laws to determine applicability from both the technical and operational perspective. Work with the NASD and test vendors for supervision of securities trading activities and licensing administration. Lead small to moderately complex projects or work on complex tasks requiring judgment, resourcefulness, and initiative. Demonstrate expertise to evaluate complex issues and develop solutions. Recommend new procedures. Requires a Master’s degree with 1+ years, Bachelor’s with 3+ years, or high school diploma with 5+ years of related experience. What You Will Bring: Develop and manage business cases for mandatory change projects in the Data Protection Programme. Collaborate with internal stakeholders at a senior level to deliver strategic Data Protection initiatives. Build relationships with internal and external parties to communicate data protection issues effectively. Participate in projects to apply data protection requirements and develop pragmatic solutions. Work with the business to ensure data protection processes are current and effective. Support the Compliance team’s senior management on data protection matters. Help foster a strong data protection culture within the organization. Contribute to workshops on data protection topics.
