What You Will Get To Do:
- Support the system and technical requirements for regulatory compliance as well as staying abreast of regulation changes applicable to all of the company's various industries.
- Review and/or assist with the development of functional/business requirements to ensure compliance for technical enhancements and new product offerings.
- Research, analyze, and interpret federal, state, IRS, and SEC laws as well as proposed laws to determine applicability from both the technical and operational perspective.
- Work with the NASD and test vendors for supervision of securities trading activities and licensing administration.
- Lead small to moderately complex projects or work on complex tasks requiring judgment, resourcefulness, and initiative.
- Demonstrate expertise to evaluate complex issues and develop solutions.
- Recommend new procedures.
Requires a Master’s degree with 1+ years, Bachelor’s with 3+ years, or high school diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
