As a Project Co-ordinator / NAVCOM Project Co-ordinator you will need to ensure the diligent delivery of NAVCOM projects across a broad range of maritime customers, meeting agreed timeframes, cost targets, and performance standards. This role is based in Redhill, Surrey.
In the role as a Project Co-ordinator NAVCOM you will play a key part in managing the successful execution of NAVCOM (and occasionally SATCOM) projects. The ideal candidate will support the Senior NavCom Project Manager in delivering multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closure while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires high levels of autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Support the Senior NavCom Project Manager in overseeing multiple parallel NAVCOM installation projects.
- Manage SATCOM projects where required.
- Deliver end-to-end project coordination from project start through to closure.
- Ensure project processes are followed and internal/external stakeholders are kept informed.
- Assist in bid activities, pre-sales support, cost estimation, and creation of BOMs.
- Help maintain customer relationships in collaboration with account managers.
- Coordinate internal departments (engineering, logistics, field service) for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor and record all project-related costs; manage supplier performance accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

- Familiarity with systems such as Radar, Navigation, GMDSS, Satellite communications, ECDIS, AIS, UHF/VHF radio, PABX/PAGA.
Security Clearance: Candidates must either hold or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
