We have an opportunity available for a Pay & Reward Manager to join our People Services team based at our head office in Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 7JB.

Salary: Β£42,516 per annum

Hours: 39 per week Monday - Friday office based with option to work remotely for the majority.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our Pay & Reward function which sits in the wider People Services Team.
  • Manage all aspects of the payroll, reward and pension functions.
  • Maintain iTrent, support and advise system users, resolve issues and provide people related management information.
  • Provide direct management to the Pay & Reward Co-ordinator and Systems & Data Co-ordinator within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent level of demonstrated professional competence.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll and pension provision and experience of producing payroll/people related management information reports.
  • A previous senior payroll management position and experience using iTrent HR/Payroll MIS software would be an advantage.
