Role Overview: Join bp's procurement team and help drive innovation and transformation in our software category. We are looking for a dynamic individual with around 8 years of experience in commercial or procurement roles to lead the charge in making bp a leader in digital and talent supply chains.
What you will do:
- End to end software category management, including:
- Commercial lead on major investment programs
- Programmatic management of contract renewal cycles
- Software licensing and audit activity
- ERP (inc SAP) expertise would be ideal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Create and execute a category strategy that aligns with bpās goals.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with the software asset management team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Implement a digital-first approach to the P2P process for software using Ariba.
