What’s the opportunity? We’re hiring for one of the most exciting AI-first creative tech platforms in the space right now. They’re building tools that give creators and brands full control of their visual storytelling, powered by some of the most advanced generative models in the industry. With a suite of top-ranked apps, an in-house AI research team, and a newly open-sourced visual generation model, this team is redefining how content gets made and distributed. From creators and artists to marketers and media companies, their tools are already shaping the future of digital production.

What’s the role? You’ll be joining the Product Data team, sitting at the centre of product strategy, user insights, and business decisions. This role isn’t about pulling data for someone else’s questions. You’ll help define the questions in the first place. You’ll work closely with product, design, engineering, AI, and business teams to make sure every decision is grounded in user behaviour and real-world performance. You’ll go deep into the data, but also zoom out to tell the story, drive the strategy, and influence the roadmap.

If you're excited by generative AI, curious about user behaviour, and passionate about turning numbers into action, this is one worth exploring.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and own the product metrics framework, defining core PLG metrics and success criteria across the full user journey
  • Translate user behaviour into insight, and insight into product decisions
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and business leads to uncover opportunities and shape roadmap priorities
  • Lead experimentation strategy, setting up A/B testing foundations and measuring impact
  • Combine quantitative data and qualitative research to validate ideas and identify opportunities
  • Partner with data engineers to ensure accurate tracking and scalable analytics
  • Turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that influence product direction

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in product or data analytics, ideally in a fast-paced product-led company
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with statistical analysis
  • Experience defining and tracking PLG metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, AI, and execs
  • Ability to connect user behaviour with business goals and product opportunities
  • A strong communicator who can simplify complexity and tell a compelling story with data
  • Bonus if you have B2B or enterprise analytics experience
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with generative AI tools or concepts

Why this role? You’ll join a team that blends cutting-edge tech, real-world user impact, and serious creative ambition. It’s fast, collaborative, and full of opportunity to shape something big. You’ll have ownership, visibility, and the chance to work on meaningful challenges that influence the future of AI-powered creativity.
