The Role:

This role is for an experienced and strategic PPC Manager on behalf of our client, to join their marketing team and take a key role in developing and scaling the paid media strategy alongside the leadership team. This position will be instrumental in driving traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI. The successful PPC Manager will bring extensive expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid platforms, with a history of executing high-impact campaigns on both local and global levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop PPC strategy: Oversee and drive the performance of the PPC function, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Campaign management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, focusing on targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Keyword research & ad copywriting: Craft and refine compelling ad content and identify high-value keywords to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Data analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance through platforms such as Google Analytics, implementing data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and maintain CPA targets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with the broader marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals and business growth objectives.
  • Industry trend awareness: Stay current with the latest industry trends, particularly in Google and Microsoft PPC advertising, to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • PPC expertise: Proven experience in a senior PPC role, managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strategic leadership: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of paid media, shaping and executing growth-driven strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Platform proficiency: Strong working knowledge of advanced features, audience targeting, and bidding strategies across Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analytical capability: Deep experience in interpreting data to drive actionable insights; proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Communication and teamwork: Ability to present data-driven insights and strategies effectively to all levels of the organization, working cross-functionally to align efforts.
  • Certification and tools: Google Ads Certified, and experience with tools like SEMrush for keyword research and competitive analysis. Experience with Salesforce integration for lead tracking is preferred.
