Responsibilities:

Deliver technical training to support staff across 15 subsidiaries in Europe from the UK base.

Develop training modules for specific product groups and contact centers servicing European markets.

Utilize innovative training methods like AR, AI, mobile, and online platforms to enhance learning experiences.

Manage training programs ensuring they align with the latest technology updates and regulatory requirements.

Conduct live and virtual training sessions, including webinars and how-to videos.

Oversee compliance with technical standards through conducting Samsung repair authority assessments.

Collaborate closely with content creation teams to maintain a dynamic and effective training calendar.

Facilitate knowledge sharing forums and provide regular feedback on training progress and effectiveness to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrable ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Creative content development capabilities with a flair for innovation in training delivery.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SCORM, and xAPI; familiarity with LMS platforms highly regarded.

Qualifications:
