Job Description
A Senior Family Lawyer is sought by a long established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm now recognised as one of this regionβs leading names.

The Family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of Divorce and separation, ending a civil partnership, unmarried couples, ending an unmarried or cohabiting relationship, resolving the financial issues on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and separation, resolving children issues including parenting arrangements and relocation abroad, relationship agreements including living together / cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, declarations of trust / property ownership agreements and separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
